Day to Day Behavior - Running of Athletics

Our Volunteers Give Respect, interact with care and Equally Receive Respect & care
This Standard is expected of all our Family's & Athletes for all aspects of Athletics.
Our Sport is Highly interactive between members and Volunteers.
Examples of these interactions are -
Athlete to Athlete, Athlete to Volunteer, Volunteer to Volunteer, Athlete/Parent to Coach.
99.9% of interactions run smoothly.
When interactions of Behavior or Communication are unsuited and outside conduct guidelines.
They can reduce our fun and enjoyment. - Reduced fun equals - Reduced Attendance
These Behaviors are classed as Category 1 Low Risk Behaviors ( Sports Integrity Australia )
Examples :- Verbal Breaches-Low level swearing, disrespectful comments, Unsatisfactory Volunteer/Parent/Athlete interaction.
Low Level physical Contact :- Unintentional or overly physical contact between athletes, such as roughhousing, pushing, or bumping.
Non Compliant with group instruction and leadership.
We need to address unsuitable Behaviors & Interactions
How do we address Behavior and Communication Issues.
Your First point of Contact/Assistance is you Child Safety Officer.
The Child Safety Officer will Notify our Secretary, We cant assist if we don't know the problem.
Your Member Protection Officer will communicate/assist/address the issue with you.
Via Our Behavior Policy we will Communicate/implement an understanding/action to resolve this situation.
