Each season Nathalia Little Athletics Club recognizes 2 athletes.

Criteria's for the awards are as follows
* A player on and off the track and field
* Shows respect to all
* Interacts positively with all other athletes
* Shows support to all other athletes
​*Has a high attendance - 85% and above
*Shows persistence, determination, and commitment throughout the season
